Trade Union Insurance Co. E.C. was founded in 1983 as an offshore company based in Bahrain to transact insurance business in Saudi Arabia. The founders are an amalgamation of prominent Saudi Businessmen and Arab Insurance Experts.
In July 2005 "TUI" has been accepted to transact Insurance Business in Saudi Arabia with a paid-up capital of SR. 250 Million by Saudi Arabian Monetary Agency (SAMA) under new Insurance Legislation. Our Comapny name could be viewed at www.sama.gov.sa and are awaiting final licensing from SAMA.
We are also authorised to conduct Medical / Health Insurance in the Kingdom and our Company is registered in the Council of Cooperative Health Insurance (CCHI) www.cchi.gov.sa. Our Medical Treaty is well secured by world class Reinsurance Company Munich Re.
